The department is keen on preparing qualified and field-trained African geographic competencies that contribute to achieving the goals of sustainable development plans and programs within the continent. The department also is concerned on preparing qualified and field-trained African geographic cadres that Contribute in achieving the goals of sustainable development plans and programs inside the continent.
